FAQs
How are your courses delivered?
Our courses are delivered through blended learning. You will have access to audio and video resources, ebooks and other resources, as well as support from one of our Learning Coaches.
Our courses are self-guided and you retain control of how long you spend studying and when.
What support will I get?
Our Learning Coaches provide an induction, can help you prepare a study plan, ensure that you can use our learning management system and check that you're ready to take the validation tests at the end of our courses. They will also provide support in the event you have any questions about the course or need help with the learning management system.
Where can I study?
Our training offers you a great deal of flexibility so you can study around your other commitments. You can study at home, work or anywhere else that suits you.
We enjoy meeting our students at our fully equipped training centre in Bromley and some students prefer to study here as they can make use of our dual screens and focus on their learning, away from any distractions.
How long do courses take?
Our courses vary in the number of hours of guided learning you get. We offer complete flexibility so you can learn at a pace that suits you. It's important to remember that our courses are timebound. You will typically have access to the online material for at least 3 months. We'll let you know how long you'll have access to the course for and our Learning Coaches can help you stay on track.
Do you have payment options?
We have a range of interest free payment options for our Award and Diploma students. These allow you to spread the cost of your training over a number of months. If this is something you are interested in please make sure you ask for more details when you get in touch with us.
Do your courses include tests?
Our courses are CPD accredited and many of them include open book validation tests (so you can refer to study guides and any notes you have made). Success in these tests will help you demonstrate to employers that you have achieved a level of skill in the application or topic being studied.
Some of our courses, such as the Diploma in Accounting with AAT, will prepare you to take professional assessments. We host a large number of assessments for professional bodies and institutions and you can both study for and take the assessments with us.
