Course selection
Some of our students know the career path they want to follow and come to us because they want to make sure they have the right skills. Others aren't sure exactly what they want to do and initially approach us to have a confidential discussion about their career ambitions and earning potential. We help them to identify the roles that interest them and will suit them. Working with them we explore the options they have and assess any skills gaps and training needs. We sometimes use benchmarking tools to establish skill levels and the courses that will support their career progression.
If you would like to have a confidential discussion about your career ambitions we would love to help.
You can book a free, confidential career discussion with us or contact us to start the conversation.

We will work with you to put together a training programme that develops your skills so you can apply for new roles or for the promotion you're keen to secure.
We also provide our diploma students with help in preparing their CV and getting ready for interviews.
Our students come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some are looking to re-enter the workplace after a break, others are looking to find a new, better paid role and others want to progress with their current employer. Whatever their situation they have recognised that investing in skills helps to make them more attractive candidates and provides them with the confidence that they are equipped to deal with the requirements of the role they are applying for.
You can download one of our career roadmaps and take it from there. Even better, you can book a free, confidential career discussion with us or contact us to start the conversation.

Career Guidance
Applying for jobs can be quite demanding and stressful for a lot of people. Many employers use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process. This often means that covering letters and CVs aren't looked at by a person. Applications will be scanned by a machine and it's important to ensure that your CV includes the right keywords, words that match the job description of the role you are applying for. We help our diploma students with their CV, in order to increase the chances that their application is viewed favourably.
We also help our students to prepare for job interviews. Interviews can include behavioural, competency or situational questions and it's important to be prepared for these. We provide diploma students with guidance and role play opportunities that help them prepare for interviews. There are no guarantees with job applications and interviews and being better prepared will give you an increased chance of success.
